  36.      from Encourager Software or the author of the program. Normal
  37.      shareware distribution such as Bulletin Boards and shareware Vendors
  38.      is permissible without prior authorization, but the product (Product
  39.      Scope Lite) must always be clearly labeled as shareware, with a
  40.      registration fee expected after 30 days of use.
